| TERMS & CONDITIONS: * We guarantee that, to the best of our knowledge, every animal we sell is completely healthy and on a full feeding schedule, unless stated otherwise. * All hatchling/neonate snakes will have at least 3 feeds and 1 shed, unless stated otherwise. * No lizard hatchlings will be sold until they are 6 weeks old and eating normally. * All animals produced by us will come with a complete feeding and shedding schedule, along with a full lineage report and caresheet. * We can place an animal on hold for a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the cost of the animal. *We can courier anywhere in mainland UK for £30. We are unable to courier to the Scottish Highlands. * Any animal that we sell will come with a 48-hour guarantee. If, in that time, through any fault of our own, the animal should die or become ill, we will either replace it or refund in full.* * Death of any of our animals during this time period will require proof of either photographic evidence or shown to us personally. *Cases will be dealt with on an individual basis. |
